Do I need my own email provider?

No — you can start with the platform default and send right away. When you want full control of reputation, cost, and your domain, connect your own provider with BYOK.

Why does the Sending Domains page say it is not available?

Managed sending domains need a provider with a domain-verification API. If your active provider is plain SMTP, domains are not managed in-app — configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC directly with your SMTP host instead. Switch to a provider like Postmark, SES, or Brevo to manage domains in-app.

How long does domain verification take?

Usually a few minutes, but DNS changes can take up to a few hours to propagate. Add the records exactly as shown, then re-check.

Can AI write my whole funnel?

Yes. Describe the audience, goal, length, and tone, and AI drafts the full sequence — steps, delays, bodies, and subject lines — which you can then edit freely.

What happens to contacts that bounce or unsubscribe?

Unsubscribes are honored immediately and suppressed from future sends. Hard bounces are flagged so you can keep your list clean and protect deliverability.

I have a lifetime deal — how is my access handled?
