What does BYOK email mean?

It means you use your own email service — like Amazon SES or Postmark — the one you already pay for. You link it to EmailFunnelAI, and we send your emails through it. Because you pay your email service directly, there are no extra sending fees from us, and you can send unlimited emails.

Is AI generation really included on every plan?

Yes. AI-powered funnels, campaigns, templates, and segments are included on every paid plan with a monthly generation quota. No separate AI subscription required. Extra credits are $5 / 100 generations.

What happens if I exceed my AI generation limit?

We notify you before you hit the limit. AI generation pauses until the next month, or you can buy extra credits at $5 / 100. Email sending is unaffected — it runs on your own key with no markup.

Can I switch between monthly, yearly, and lifetime?

Yes. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free. Lifetime deals (LTD) are a one-time payment that locks in access forever. AI generation limits still apply monthly on LTD per the fair-use clause.

Do I need AWS SES or Postmark to start?

You connect one of them to send email, since sending runs on your own key. Setup takes a few minutes for domain verification. AI funnel generation works the moment you create an account.

Is there a free tier?

BYOK Email only, with hard limits and no credit card: 500 contacts, 1 funnel, 1 campaign/month, 5 one-time AI generations, and 1 sending domain. A 'Powered by' footer is shown until you upgrade.
